Chocolate banana bread is a type of bread that is popular in Indonesia. This bread consists of two layers, namely a layer of plain bread combined with a layer of banana mixed with cocoa powder. This bread has a fresh and delicious sweet taste, making it suitable to be served as a snack or as a distraction for breakfast or lunch.

Ingredients:
- 250 gr (25 tbsp) high pro flour
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp melted margarine / butter
- 1 egg
- 130 ml of warm liquid milk
- ¼ tsp fine salt
- ½ tbsp instant yeast (mouripan, saf, fermipan etc.)
- 5 bananas (Slice the bananas into 2 parts)
- 1 tbsp margarine

Steps:
- Pour the warm milk into the mixing bowl, then add the sugar and instant yeast, stir gently, then let the dough rest for 8-10 minutes until the yeast is active which is indicated by the dough becoming bubbly. After that, enter 1 egg into the bowl containing the dough, mix well.
- Add 250gr flour and ¼ tsp salt, mix well. Add 1 tablespoon of melted margarine / butter, stir again until smooth. Leave the dough tightly closed for about 1 hour, until the dough looks fluffy.
- Heat margarine over Teflon over low heat, bake the bananas that have been split earlier over Teflon until the bananas turn brown.
- Set aside the bananas that have been roasted.
- After that, cut and divide the dough that has expanded into 10 parts weighing 50 grams each. Shape and flatten the dough (with rollpin). Don't forget to first coat your hands and base with melted margarine / butter so that the dough isn't too sticky.
- After it is flat and widened, fill the dough with bananas that have been baked beforehand and don't forget to sprinkle with sprinkles according to taste.
- Close the banana tightly, you can also add decorations at the top.
- After that place it on a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper and brush the top surface of the dough with liquid milk, either with melted UHT milk or powdered milk.
- The dough is ready to be baked in the oven at 160C for 20 minutes on the middle rack. Or if you use a tangkring oven, you can preheat it over medium heat for 15 minutes. Then grill on the middle rack over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- And move it to the upper rack for 5-10 minutes so that the bottom doesn't burn and turn black.
- If the dough has changed color to brownish yellow then the dough is cooked and ready to be removed.
- After lifting, don't forget to brush the bread with margarine so that the surface remains soft and does not dry out.
